All supplements and coffee products are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays. If your package appears lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
